I have forgotten my password.

If you forget your password for the Moobox account you can send a request to reset the password.

To do this open the app and tap the “forgot password” link and enter your account email. Once complete tap the “reset my password” button and you will be sent an email with a link to your Moobox account. 

Follow the link from this email and enter your new password into both fields then click “submit”.

You can then login to the app with your new password.
