SD card video clips not loading in the app

Are you seeing this?....

This is shown if the app is unable to retrieve the clips list from your SD card when you are accessing from a remote network, due to either the speed (or p2p protocol restrictions) on the WiFi/3G/4G network you are at currently.


If you pull the page down to refresh it (or close and reopen the app after 1 minute) that should reload the list.

NB: The successful playback of clips from the sd card at any given time is highly dependent upon a number of factors including the 'upload' speed of the broadband connection where the hub is, the network speed where you are currently and any other speed/protocol restrictions in place by your ISP or mobile provider.
