Having trouble logging in to the app

If you're seeing an 'account is invalid' message when attempting to login to the MooboxCam app, have you checked you are entering the correct password? Maybe you changed it or are entering it in upper/lowercase? 

To see what you have typed in for the password so far tap on the eye icon next to the password field. You can then double check this is the password that you have set for your Moobox account and that it is entered correctly and in the correct case.



If after having checked the password you still cannot login then use the 'forgot password' link in the app. You'll get an email with a link to reset your password - assuming you were honest with yourself and used a valid email address when you signed up for your Moobox account.
