I want to change my account password

To change your Moobox account password simply open the app, tap on Settings on the lower right of the screen, select your account, then Change Password, then tap on Reset Password. 

Once you tap the reset password button you will be sent an email with a link to your Moobox account. Follow the link from this email and enter your new password into both fields then click “submit”. The new password you set must be a minimum of six characters in length however we recommend using at least 8 characters.


You can then login to the app with your new password.
