No access after app update
Have you just updated the Moobox Cam app on your phone but now cannot either login or are getting camera timeout messages?
Please try the following:
1) Log out of the app and after a minute or so, in again.
2) If the above does not resolve, delete the app and download afresh from the app store on your phone. Then try logging in again
3) If you still have trouble then use the forgot password function to reset your password to a password containing only letters and numbers and no spaces.
If you continue to have trouble please let us know the following:
a) The phone model you are using
b) The OS version on the phone
c) The version of the Moobox app you have installed on the phone.
