I cannot view the recordings from my work wifi connection

When trying to view the live feed or recordings you should ensure that your mobile device is not connected to a restricted network such as a free/public wifi network or a hotel/work network as some of these may prevent the connection between the app and hub as part of their security settings.

If in doubt try switching back to a mobile data connection on your device or check with the local network administrator.
