Why is there no sound when I playback the videos?

While the Live streaming has sound and vision, the recorded clips are video only currently. 

As many people have variances in the upload speed of their broadband it is vital that any video clips triggered by the camera get uploaded as quickly as possible to your hub's DVR and your Cloud account. So the priority is centred around video for these clips as it keeps the file sizes manageable for quick recording, upload and storage.
