Received notification of movement but unable to view the camera when I open the app.
If this occurs it may be that you are accessing the camera while it is still recording. If the camera doesn't connect when you open the app try reloading the app. If this does not allow the connection it is likely the camera is busy recording, wait 2-3 mins until it has finished recording the clip, then try again.
This can also occur if the app has not yet fully connected to the camera and is showing the connecting message. Once the camera and app are connected you will then be able to view the live feed. If you have multiple cameras connected to the app then you should ensure you wait for all of these to connect fully in the app before you attempt to view a cameras live feed.
